If you have gathered a recruit, I would like for you to report it to either a staff or overlord, so we can document your work to ensure you are in the right uniform. The other kind of ranking up is built on trust and skill. if you gain the overlords trust, meaning that you dont quit out from games unless you are getting COMPLETELY OWNED (like 45-15) or you have real life business you will rank up.
